I don't think so, I've talked to many people, and one green modules seller, they all claim that the best is as I've told.

Just nothing, if you want a serious green you just need put diode die (I don't know if it is called that, I mean the structure, that small thing lol xD) in front of crystals, no lenses, thats why 9mm need to be decan'ed (c-mounts are better)

Hey, I'm actually building a green DPSS laser using a Chris diode from bag (that 25 diodes in 9mm). Half of diodes were 960nm and the other half actually are 808nm, and one 655nm which was damaged : / So, using some old crystals from my 532nm module, and 808nm decan'ed diode we can get nice...

All I can say that lasers are great... But pictures aren't really awesome, if you could only make some "more inside" screens of lasers, it would be great ( like those things, lol xD)

No, it all depends what cubes you want to use for it, I think they are like 75% effective? maybe more, maybe less, but you will never ever get 400mW from two 200mW lasers splitted.
