Hey guys

I have recently purchased several small boxes with 808 nm laser diode chips in them. However, I have no idea what kind of information is available on the box itself:

Except of course for the lambda and quantity. Does anyone know what they mean?

1000CL or CL1500 are the length of the emitter, so 1000 equals to 1 mm and so on. I've got two 2 mm emitters, bunch of 1500/1000, few 750 and two boxes of 500 single modes. I'm wondering how much power I can get out of those depending on the length of the emitter itself.
