Or people who are already members of lpf are already V.I.Ps and have to pay a small fee for V.I.P+ and the advantages of V.I.P + being more customization for your profile etc etc new people will have to pay a small fee to be V.I.Ps or V.I.P+s but still be able to access other parts of the forum...
