laser is measured at 130mw without ir filter (advertised as 200!) with ir filter it is measured at 80mw people have measured it differently and got a basic idea of how powerful it is, 80mw green and 30mw ir (invisable light) so you get with ir and green 110mW :)

LOL (SARCASM) The thing is I find Kipkay very knowledgeable with lasers he has the record breaking cheapest laser diode driver it is 0 dollars if you have wires, The build can be difficult for some but you just have to have good fingers to wrap the 2 pieces of wires around the diode. (END SARCASM)

Sorry I must have misread these posts. All Newwish laser modules are only 50mw and sorted by power, So they make a bunch of green laser modules and pot mod them to 5mw. Dealextreme buys them and puts them in there housing and labels them as true 5mw green lasers. If you don't know what I mean...
