Getting prices down will take time, if it's even possible, but putting the brakes on inflation is achievable and I have high hopes that Trump and DOGE will make strides towards that end, also a tax rebate sounds good.

Once again, Trump lied to the people. He said he would bring down prices long before now. He lies with every breath he takes. Doge has done irrepararable damage to the government. NOAA, the FDA and so many government agencies we rely on. Also, Trump has now allowed the Russian media into the White House press corps while removing American press.

Thank God for President Trump, he's doing a fantastic job, so much better than that walking corpse puppet Biden and even if it takes longer than he envisioned, at least President trump is working to end the Ukraine bloodshed, working to stop the government waste and fraud, working to rebuild foreign relations.

It amazes me how political war is to a liberal, seems like you never really cared about the people, after all Russians and Ukrainians made to kill each other on the battlefield are just as innocent as Palestinians who have been thrust into a fray they never wanted to be involved in and their family members will mourn them when they are gone regardless of politics, Trump actually cares about the people, Biden couldn't care less, for Biden and his criminal dope head son it was all about stuffing their pockets.

You gotta be kidding me. Russia invaded Ukraine and they are fighting for their democracy and freedom. Trump doesn't care about anyone except himself. By now, everyone knows that.

Deep state democrats love to run psy-opps, they send out paid protesters and try to create a false narrative with their mainstream media and paid mouthpieces. Democrats operate on a manufactured narrative, on gaslighting a nation.

Too bad for them, most people watch alternative media today, plus this MAGA movement is too big, people have had enough, we want our freedom back, we want big government waste out of our pockets and we want the deep state tyrants dragged out into the sunlight and held accountable.

:ROFLMAO: There is no lie so outrageous you guys will stay away from it. The huge turnouts against Republicans in townhalls are not paid for by anyone. They are citizens who are angry about DOGE and Trump. We shall see how well MAGAts hold up to this.

Ahead of Trump's tarrifs which he said will go into effect at midnight tonight the markets are crashing. The Dow has already lost close to 2%. Way to go Dumbass Trump.

Can someone explain to me how the war in Ukraine can still be going on? How many people are left to fight? Are they just doing little battles here and there taking their time? What is going on over there?

Well, before Trump took office Ukaine had our support. Now, Trump supports Russia. The EU and UK are taking up some of the slack, but this is something no persident of the US has ever done before, taking Putin's side on things. The Ukrainians have lost far fewer men than the Russians and Ukraine will continue to fight as they are fighting for their democracy and freedom.

Could you see Truman or George Marshall asking the Germans or Japanese for gratitude after WW II? Never happened. Trump has supplied NO aid to Ukraine since taking office this time. He held up aid last time trying to get Zelenskyy to announce an investigation into his political rival. Got him impeached the first time.

paul has no real news or even an opinion of his own, just leftist propaganda.

Lot of small drone action on both sides.

Do you mean a more friendly one to Trump? It is what it is.
An actual answer with numbers rather than personal issues with trump. In fact why does trump have anything to do with what I asked. I mentioned nothing about the US. How many Ukraines are dying each day. How many Russians are dying each day. No bullshit agendas and personal nonsense that I didnt ask for. Can that be done?

Key trends

 • In the Donetsk region, Russian forces advanced near Kurakhove, Vozdvyzhenka, and Chasiv Yar, occupying a settlement south of Pokrovsk and two settlements west of Kurakhove. Russian forces also took control of two settlements in the Lyman direction, one in the Donetsk region and another in neighboring Luhansk.
 • ACLED records 20 Russian long-range missile and drone strikes, including attacks on the Kyiv region. Ukrainian forces intercepted strikes in at least 39 other instances in 14 regions, including the western regions of Khmelnytskyi and Vinnytsia.
 • Russian shelling, missiles, and drones killed at least 20 civilians, mostly in the Donetsk region, as well as in the Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, and Zaporizhia regions. Meanwhile, Ukrainian shelling and drone strikes targeting Russian forces also killed one and injured at least 18 civilians in the Russia-occupied part of the Donetsk region.

Key events
 • 16 Feb. | Mykolaiv – Russian drones destroy a thermal power plant in Mykolaiv, leaving 100,000 people without heating
 • 19 Feb. | Kherson – A Russian drone targets an outpatient clinic in the Bilozerska community, injuring eight medical workers
 • 19 Feb. | Odesa – A Russian drone strike leaves 90,000 people without power

Spotlight: Russian forces step up attacks on Kostiantynivka

Civilians in the Kramatorskyi district of the Donetsk region faced an increased level of indiscriminate targeting, pointing to Russian forces’ possible probing of the northern part of the region for the next stage of their offensive.

Last week, Russian guided aerial bombs, first-person view (FPV) drones, and missiles killed eight and injured at least 10 civilians in the town of Kostiantynivka southeast of Kramatorsk alone. On 18 February, an FPV drone strike targeted rescue workers delivering water to remaining civilians, injuring two rescuers, while a follow-up strike on the evacuation crew injured two police officers and the head of the local administration. Russian forces also targeted residential areas in other towns in the area, such as Nykonorivka and Mykolaivka, as well as the bigger Sloviansk and district capital Kramatorsk, where strikes resulted in two additional civilian fatalities and damage to heating and electricity networks.

The proximity of the Kramatorsk-Sloviansk-Kostiantynivka urban agglomeration to Chasiv Yar and Toretsk — two hotspots to the east that Russian troops have been assaulting since spring and summer of 2024, respectively — and its role as a military logistics hub increases the risk of civilian targeting, especially as Russian forces employ more jamming-resistant FPV drones.1 The possible redeployment of Russian troops from other directions following Russian successes in the southern part of the Donetsk region and Ukrainian pushback around Pokrovsk may further worsen the humanitarian situation in increasingly besieged cities such as Kostiantynivka.2

Thanks. Gonna examine this later. My head feels a little light right now. Didn't get a lot of sleep lastnight.
