Well you are wrong, the line between a normal person and a felon can be very thin, simply not knowing the letter of the law can turn doing something harmless into a criminal act, hell if your car insurance lapses and you sign the lapse penalty form they mail you to say your car was out of order for that short time to avoid a small fee of 35.00, if it wasn't really out of order that's a felony, over a 35.00 laps fee......
If someone steals from your store, under 1000.00 is not a felony.
Our money ..... 1000.00+ stolen is a felony.
Governments money, getting out of paying 35.00 is a felony.
Nobody should lose their Constitutional rights for life over attempting to get out of a 35.00 fine, but technically that's all it takes, that is wrong.
Only violent felonies committed with a firearm and true harmful intent ( criminal intent ) should ever impact a persons 2A rights after conviction and completion of sentence/penalty.
