pins loose!

If you are talking about the pump diode's pins. It should be as easy as touching the diode pin to the soldering pad using a soldering iron.

the pins inside the diode are loose. it i able to move them. the module look like a deal extreme or o-like module.

If it is the pins coming out of the Laser Diodes case there
are 2 options...

1) if the Laser is still working you may be able to mechanically
solidify the connection with some high temperature non conductive
Glue/Epoxy.

2) if the Laser does not work... Get a new Laser

the laser is still working. i hope i can fix it. is it possible to replace the ir diode?

Why fix it if it is still working ? The loose pin is maybe the dummy pin and it has no concern for the working of the laser.

Like I said in my 1st post...
A photo showing the lose pin would go a long way..
