With a few of this community's heatsink artists taking a breather, I thought it would be worth taking a quick tally:
- Who is making heatsinks these days?

New members, old members, it would be great to get a list of currently machining members going.

It would be great for whom...

I haven't seen any posts or threads of members
looking for Heat Sinks...:undecided:

Except for Moh who is leaving the Forum for a
little while... All the other Heat sink suppliers are
still here... Unless you've heard something else..

Just check the B/S/T

There is always eMachineShop...

Hello I am still here. What do ya need?

I have a bad habit of forgetting to take pictures of my builds but here are some heatsink examples

Helios - that one unit you made for me (and others) had hands down one of the coolest heat sinks I've ever seen.

PM incoming :)

It would be great for whom...

Is your not-so-subtle suggestion that I am the only one who would benefit from a list of members still making custom heatsinks for the community?

If so, I'm humbled that you think I'm the only builder on earth ;)

If not, your meaning has escaped me

Thanks :D PM replied

I didn't know Helios made HS, I like your style ;)

Ditto, I remember you commenting on my guidesman host thread showing your version of the p60 drop in which you used a similar driver heatsink design. Driver heatsinking is one of my pet peeves if you cannot tell by my builds.

Nice machining...

@ rhd.... It seems (from this thread) that you are the only one
that appears to have difficulty finding members that machine
heat sinks...Perhaps a little more reading and a little less posting
would be just as.. if not more... fruitful.

I'm not a Laser builder and I know who they are....

Just saying... since you asked... :;)

Most of my machining time is eaten up with the sipiks, but I could probably manage to squeeze in some other stuff.

Idée fantastique, mon ami Jerry!

Friend, since we are in the habit of suggesting reading material to each other, let me make my own recommendation. The following is a ground-breaking concept of which I've been hearing many great things. I think it might catch on. Give it a read:
