Back to pc ..... Benm wins again ..... it's called "mammuth", here (don't ask me why, i never discovered this :p), and it's a connection block for 2 wires (seen from bottom).

Thats an interesting name for it... In dutch its name translate to a 'crownstone', i suppose from when they were still ceramic.

I see there are some going one, but here is one whenever things run dry:

Grease cups from old lathes didn't look like that.
Is it a modern day stool pusher? :shhh:
Some old cannon projectiles looked similar but there is no size reference.

No, not a telephone switching module.

Not tumblers from a safe.
