My order is still processing?

Hi guys.

So I have finally went ahead and bought myself the 200mw green transformable/adjustable from O-like. This is my first laser and that is the only reason I am asking.
In anyways, I ordered the laser on Monday 28 February and the money went through straight away and the order was immediately confirmed (I payed via debit card and not PayPal because I haven't set my PayPal account up yet) but on my profile on O-like, it says that my order is still processing and on the shipping table, it says that my order should have been processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Its now Friday 4th March and it still says processing on the page. Should I be worried?
I know its only been 4 days but like I said, this was the first laser I ever bought online and I am just a little worried and nervous that O-like won't ship it. I asked Susie about it and she never got back to me.
Ill update when she does.

EDIT:
Ok guys they finally shipped my order on March 4 so now all I have to do is wait!
I recieved my tracking number without even asking so it should be here by next week.
Here is what the email said:

Date Ordered: Monday 28 February, 2011

The comments for your order are: Good Day ~
Here kindly let you know your order has been shipped on Mar 04, now

below is shipping advise for your information :

Tracking number is PRIVATE
Tracking website : PRIVATE

You can check its status on internet in 3-4days

I actually placed my order on that same day and haven't received any updates either. Their website says processing and my paypal says the payment went through. Like dave said, we have to be patient...

haha well thats strange. I guess you guys are right, I should just be patient.
 
Isn't there some kind of holiday there at the moment ?
 
they have a holiday every other day......they are worse than the USPS.

My last batch took a little over a month to get here from china....
 
That table shows a holiday at the beginning of February and the Qingming Festival is in April. So there isn't a holiday going on at the moment.
And I have been asking Susie questions this week so she is at work.
 
Na guys Susie isn't replying. Probably because it is a weekend but is there anyone else on O-like I can contact?
 
You guys are like kids at Christmas. :beer: I don't think you need to worry. O-like has a pretty well established track record and if your patient I'm sure you'll get a response early next week.

Haha I guess your right. I am sure they will ship it before Wednesday.
And yes I guess we are a bit like a couple of kids at Christmas :crackup:

I have dealt with O-Like several times and there has never been any problems. Customer support is usually fast and items get shipped fast as well unless ofc there is a public holiday of some sort. Not all chinese companys are worth the effort though, stay far away from wickedlasers.
