I can tell you how my last order with o-like went, but it was during the Chinese new year so it took a few days longer than usual to actually leave China:

Notified of Shipment: Dec. 29th 2010
Left China: Jan 10th 2011
Arrived Long Beach, CA: Jan 15th 2011

I'm currently stuck on 'Foreign International Dispatch' as of yesterday and this morning. Regular shipping. I placed an order on the 24th. Ash what kind of shipping did you choose?

if olike ship it with air mail by China post, it may takes 10 business day from China to US. sometimes longer if the weather is not so good.
if they ship it with HK air mail, it is not as stable as China post air mail. sometimes faster, sometimes later, sometimes package lost.
:)

How do you know which one they used?

You can know it by the tracking number.

If it ends with the letters CN, than it is China Post, and if it ends with the letters HK, than it is HongKong Post.

Simple as that.

Standard (cheapest) shipping method.
Sometimes Lost?

How is O-like with lost orders?
I haven't heard of any package from o-like getting lost. I'm sure they would re-send it. :D
Laserlands was just stating that HK air mail is not as reliable as China Post.

Okay, thats a little reassuring. I searched the forum some more and haven't heard of anyone losing packages from O-like. I assume they would resend anything too. They seem like a good company.

SG is Singapore.

I've had good reliability and delivery times with SG shipments from them.

It was several orders over a period of time. I do not have the objective facts at hand any longer. I purge messages from my "orders pending" e-mail folder as soon as an order arrives, and I did not record the arrival date of orders.

My memory says, that my memory thinks that about 10 days was always the time it took from when they posted the shipment to SG postal service, to when it was delivered in the NE of the USA.

Nice! So it's been about 2 days since it was posed to the SG postal servicing.. so I'm hoping to get a package maybe in the next week.. :D

Also another question... USPS delivers this to your door.. or do you get it in the mailbox? D:

Usually you have to sign a USPS form. If not they hold it at the post office until you pick it up.
