Just curious, do we have the technology to create a laser that burns all the little dust particles in the air? Just a cool little thought I had today while burning with one of my lasers..

i have heard of CO2 lasers having that effect when focused tightly. i imagine anything with enough wattage in a sufficiently thin beam would do it.

There are lasers that can "burn" the air itself.

By the way, vaporizing dust particles in the air is just going to make more vapor particles in the air.
