If they sent it as certified mail maybe your "pick up at post office" receipt has been lost between the sorting facility and your house. I would call that office and ask if there is a package with that tracking # or your name on it. Some sellers use certified mail to make sure they don't get shafted in the deal when people lie about not receiving an item.

***edit***
Or you have been robed, many people and post office workers steal packages, not long ago around my area there was a guy that worked for the post that had a whole house full of shit that he never delivered.
***edit***
not to make you worry or anything...;)

I would just give them the # because the packages usually are labeled "Electronic part" With a " Value under $10"

But after seeing this

Good luck**** there's a shooting almost every day

All in all don't worry about the laser part, they will probably never even know a laser is in the package, It has already made it past customs. Most post people probably don't even know about lasers.

on USPS the tracking update doesn't say delivered so you may still have a chance.
Could be an honest mistake.

Nothing to be afraid of. The act of buying a laser pointer is not illegal. Sure, the company is not allowed to import them, but your not the company.

Luckily i live in a small town and do enough business with the post office they know me by name. So if something of mine is floating around, they know it and end up calling my cell phone to let me know.

This was so long ago that you may never see it again.
Although i have had packages show up a month later repackaged with an apology from USPS.....

They won't take it if you don't tell them it is a 200mw. if they do ask what it is just say it is a laser but don't tell them how strong it is or just say that it is parts, I wouldn't be afraid, but I would find out where the hell my package was.:scared:

You could have a Kilo Watt laser in Your basement and the Post Office, U.S. Customs, NASA, The FBI, The CIA, The CDC, The BATF, The FDA,The FAA, The NSA, The DHS, Etc Etc.. Won't give a Rats Ass. Your neighbors Might Tho!!! Now if You take said Laser outside and Point it at an Airplane, Helicopter, Police Car You will get some unwanted attention.

Yeah unwanted attention suck! I used to live in Nevada and a cheerleader in Reno took her dads car to school and had a flat tire a nice state trooper stopped to help her and when she opened the trunk there was a fully auto .50 cal machine gun and 500 rounds of ammo. It made the evening news and then went hush hush. Not the kind of attention you want.

Did you pay with paypal?

Fact is, the package never arrived. The company needs to refund or replace the item.

If you didnt get a 'delivered' notification, then its still sitting at the post office. Do not talk to your carrier, talk directly to the post office. They dont care if its a laser. Its not their job to weed out contraband, nor do I think they care. In fact you dont need to tell them anything. You have a right to privacy. It has passed customs, and thats all they need to know.
