Green star cap lasers

Hey has anyone ever tried out these star cap lasers? They look pretty cool, does anyone know how you change between patterns or how many it has? Anyone have one of these, I'm thinking of picking one up. Site says it's 5mh so it should be pretty decent for a newbie laser.

the website seems kinda fishy to me, and they are ripping you off. buy this same laser off ebay for half of this and it will most likely put out a good 20+mW. i have a blu-ray pen with the star cap i bought from ebay, it was rated for 5mW and is putting out around 30mW. it works buy turning the cap itself, when turned it produces various "star" effects from several large dots to many tiny dots and all in between. i personally like the star caps, they make sweet designs on the ceiling. however if you are not carful it is a good way to get ppl in the eye

Welcome to LPF---THIS is what you want- from Laserlands- 30 mW green 'disco' laser- cheap- on sale for 25$ Plus ship (5$) to Texas - about three weeks from China but worth the wait. When you get it don't forget to keep it cool by never use continiously for more than 30 sec with same or more off.(duty/rest cycle) and take care to keep your eyes safe-aim at wall or ceiling -not at a mirror. Goes great with any music-keep away from children- not a toy. Aimng at ANY aircraft is a felony-- laserlands has some nice star cap lasers too.---Hak---now - go to Welcome section and introduce your self-- you will get some nice 'welcomes' there.--Then go to search and study what you want to know--- read all rules and stickies before you post again--

laserlands.com appears to be down, at least for me. Don't have an ebay account but do see the same one for 14 + shipping, but I don't have an ebay account. I'm going to order it off this site and see how it goes :can:. It uses paypal and if they can't provide a tracking number paypal will refund the money. (hopefully f paypal >.< lol)

I think the price is lower if you don't go thru Ebay--the newyears deal is just now over in China- 30mw 3in1 Portable Disco Laser Projector/ Drawer/Pointer - $25.00 : Laserlands Merry is our contact at laserlands-she is also on LPF--I am working on getting these 'disco' lasers to re-sell shipping form USA. Nice laser fo' sure. the tracking is not too good(not Merry's fault) expect a 21 day wait to the US. maybe less--len
