200 Mw red laser from laserlands, Not working?

It is only YOUR fault if instructions were supplied for the battery
direction installation....

A seller can't possibly think that every buyer would know which
direction to install the batteries.

If I were unsure which way to install the batts and there was no instructions as to the proper way==the very LAST thing I would do is guess and/or try it BOTH ways. China is on a different time zone and they often have holidays that slows things down but Merry at laserlands will get you the answers if you will give her a little time. My guess is that you fried it --'and then let the smoke out'. If a shipping clerk at laserlands forgot to include the instructions you should have asked and them waited for an answer, except if you knew that the driver had reverse polarity protection(which you didn't and it doesn't apparently) another lesson learned the hard way IMO--HZ

and we will have a Chinese Spring Festival holiday from Feb. 9 to Feb. 19. if the problem has not been solved before this period, it will be solved after this period.

I just bought a 200 mW red laser from laser lands.

I opened it up, it did not come with batts. So i put in my own, after that.

Nothing?
I put the batteries in right, and even recharged just to make sure, but no power?
Can some one please help me fix it?
