Scammed by jake21!!!!

You're confused, Jayrob is a very trusted member. I've dealt with him and he provides very good quality laser parts.

I just made my first purchase 3 weeks ago from Jayrob and he is very professional. He answered all my emails quickly, even the ones with stupid newbie questions. He made sure I received exactly what I ordered and had all the tracking info. I will definitely be doing more business with Jayrob in the future.

I and many others have gotten banned for arguing and other stupid shit, but Jake keeps screwing new members and its ok. Why? Now its affecting other members like Jay. Just kick him out and file disputes with PP. Call local, or even federal authorities and get your shit back. Mail fraud is a felony in the US, it doesn't matter what you bought.

By now I agree with TJ, and I change my vote from "no" to "ban for life" and I would like to encourage all the people who Jake owes money or things to file Paypal disputes and contact local authorities about his mail fraud.
Even if you live in Spain for example you can file a complaint about him by e-mail or phone, state his name and address (which were given earlier in this thread), describe the problem as detailed and clearly as you can, remain 100% honest at all times and be ready to provide proof of any transactions you have made and any other communication with him.

He has had months to sort this out and now he appears to be hiding. He has had many many members trying to help him with whatever problem he might be having but he has chosen to go into hiding instead. This is the end of the line, IMO.

Well, Jake is around. I never received my two GGW sleds from his last group buy. Last Wed he promised to give me a tracking number. Never heard from him.
Monday I filed a dispute with PayPal. He replied to me with "talk to the other buyers from the GB and they got there order so why did u not get yours ?"
It is remotely possible my shipment got lost, but I am doubting that. Until he gives me proof of shipment in my mind I have been scammed.

you know im starting to think that jake is bulshitting the younger members of this forum. at the time of course i wasnt suppoed to know that he was like this. i have asked for money on paypal and ive filed a scam report, ive also pmed him everywhere possible but no answer.
gives me no choice now.
only time can decide.
