Hi, the invoice was paid on 9-4-21, his last message was on 10-4-21
I have mailed him on his email adress that's on the invoice on 19-4-21 , asking him what the status was and if there was any problem that i could have a refund
He did answered me after that mail on the same day, he told me that he would provide more info when the laser was done, (wich i found strange that you couldn't give any information after 9 days)

Then i asked him on the same day what kind of material the laser would be and that's it's possible to have it made in brass or stainless steel
Now we are 4 days later and still didn't answered back
OK so he answered you.
What do want from anyone on LPF about someone not answering another email question you sent to them?
Either he does or does not answer it--deal with it.
Not sure why you are posting every step of a simple purchase transaction on LPF.
Are you either a child or someone who has never purchased anything over the internet or with PayPal before. maybe?
Nobody on LPF has any say in or anything to do with your purchase however it takes place/progresses or doesn't.

Ask him when is it going to be finished and shipped. Ask for an estimated time of delivery/shipping, completion of the laser and shipping date, which you should have done before paying and leaving the time frame open ended and whenever he gets to it.

If he already started mating the host or assembling the laser it s probably not possible to change the host material.
Can't have it both ways hurry up make and ship and also change the order to something different. Common sense.

You can always ask to cancel the order and get a refund if he has not started to build--ask him if he has started the work it that is what you want to do.

See post #7 here where he says "20-30 days after pay ,i will fnish" may be typical time frame if he is making something not in stock for an order: https://laserpointerforums.com/threads/some-my-host-and-my-build-in-this-time.107110/#post-1585697

Thanks encap
I just mailed him today with the same question (my last message) that i have pmed him here on LPF 2 weeks ago, wich he didn't respond and not even logging in anymore
"asking when the laser would be finished and that he could provide me with a tracking number"

I feel like it's going to be the same scenario like here on LPF
going to start a claim if he doesn't respond on the email
Hopefully i'll be getting my money back

He is apparently always slow to deliver.

Best of luck with whatever you do to resolve this

You are truly a valuable member on LPF
And no im not a child im 31 years old and i have bought many things on the internet with paypal
But always from trustworthy websites

I never had a situation like this where i bought something off a forum that might unfortunately turn bad
This is the first time i might start a claim, and i don't know how it would end
So that's why i was a little bit worried that's all
Because the amount was $282
If it was something like $20 i wouldn't even bother and it would just be "another lesson learned" for me

Send him one more E-Mail and PM to let him
know that you have opened a Thread on LPF
about his slow responses.
Ask him to post on this Thread with some answers
to your paid customer questions.

That will surely get a response.

Good idea lasersbee. (y)
That may help as "trinh hong phuoc" has not logged in to LPF since 13 April 2021 and QIQI didn't start this thread until 17 April. See: https://laserpointerforums.com/members/trinh-hong-phuoc.53457/

I have received the parcel finnaly after 2 months but it wasn't a laser!
It was a LED flashlight wtf
This is unacceptable!
I started a paypal claim for receiving a totally wrong item

Do i have a chance to win? because i don't know what proof he could provide except for a tracking number
I requested a full refund

some people here think i'm a scammer, ridiculous, first say something, see what i did, yes i'm slow, but i haven't stolen even 1 dollar of anyone anyone, any member on the forum
i apologized to QiQi, but it's not what i wanted , i made 5 concurrent hosts in his order , they are time consuming , i said from the beginning i will let you know when the laser done, I don't make a living selling laser pointers, so I don't have much time for this right now.

Quality takes time, I feel for ya trinh. I build stuff on the side too. I have to deal with people going crazy after not reading the contract. Usually American born and have an urgency for everything to be now, now, now. They don't realize the rest of the world isn't in such a hurry or willing to accept a builder has a life and problems in it too. They think of us as robots.
