So specifically what I'm trying to achieve is a extremely powerful invisible to the eye laser pointer as high wattage possible while still maintaining portability and ease of assembly.
If anyone has any host recommendation please let me know.
If you have any diode that would match my criteria, please let me know.

Because I think that the invisible spectrum is the best part of the light spectrum
Well. It depends how "Ultra Fast" or "low range" of electromagnetic spectrum you wanna go.
From 5nm to 100nm prepare to pay +100k to up

You could ask how much that +270nm diode engineering sample will cost.

Also, there is 60W 375nm laser, but price is probably pretty high.

From lower range nm laser you can look for Masers, definitely out off human sight spectrum.

:)

Well whatever is invisible to the human eye with the highest output power possible within a mobile host enclosure im really looking for a diode+host recommendation that has the highest wattage output on the market thats all

Just gave you some options for 0-400nm / +700nm..
That 60W 375nm is doable (as portable laser), if you have enough money. -How much you are willing to invest to it?
Define "highest output power possible" 1W? 10-100W? +1kW? and what is your definition of "mobile"

Maybe should give email to DARPA and ask? :D

For me to feel comfortable with any suggestions, I would want to know what the strong desire is to own something so potentially dangerous and have it portable.

NIR/IR part of spectrum would end up being far safer than anything suggested for the NUV/UV wavelengths.

LPF specializes more in visible wavelengths, but generic 1W IR laser diodes can be had for <$15 from eBay.
Or you could even buy a used FAP or other fiber-coupled IR module for cheap second hand

FYI, I have a 2W IR laser and electronic goggles through which I can see the beam... its not as fun as even my 500mW red laser both in burning ability and coolness

LPF is a friendly forum where we like to know some info about new members.
Start please with an 'intro' placed in the welcome section where almost all start. Few here will be helpful until you explain why you want this and make an intro.. safety is #1 here.--hak

The title and OP smell funny.
1st and only post, a lazy "help me" troll type "accident looking for a place to happen" post. I mean the nick, "carnage"--really? "666"-- really? combined with wanting the most dangerous and powerful invisible portable laser possible? Really? lol

If you are not just trolling LPF then you are going to have to do the research yourself--try goggle.
Nobody is going to bother with a question so lacking in details and so broad that it's an unanswerable waste of time and effort.
There are more than 10,000 laser diodes, modules, and system of all wavelengths, output powers, and price ranges on the market.
There is a lot more involved than just a diode and a host in making a portable laser.
Do you have any knowledge or experience in making a portable laser? Any knowledge about laser hazards and laser safety?
Any knowledge of what lasers can and can't do or how they function in the real world?
For what purpose would help narrow it down to something answerable perhaps? + What is your budget for same? + What do you mean by portable? + What "form factor "are you talking about? + What do you imagine your imagined invisible laser will to be able to do?

Have a look at here --might give you some clues lol:

Man you really look for any opportunity to spout your same nonsense. I don't want to see this guy do an intro. It's an obvious troll

Exactly, having a high powered invisible laser that is easy to conceal is a huge no no especially for beginners. It's obvious what someone like this wants to do with it or it's just someone looking to stir up some drama
