you bumped an old thread just to say this??? If you would of read all the posts in here, you'd clearly see a vet warning others about posting in old threads with nothing to add to it!

TPD, you have done a lot of work, but the reason that nobody uses these links is that this thread is from Oct. 2012, over 6 1/2 years ago, and the OP hasn't updated it since, heck, the last response was over 3 1/2 years ago.
I've got to believe most members here have not even seen this thread; at the time it was made, it was probably a pretty comprehensive list, but 6+ years is a lifetime ago.

LOL yes several lifetimes ago--to expect any links to still be valid and live after 6 years is a bit beyond ...

That's probably a good point; when it was made it was sticky worthy, but now most of the links are very outdated, or non-existant.

In spite of the work -- TY- BUT

The old 'stickies' are part of our 'history'
UN-Stickied? mmmm on some perhaps but this
one is a classic example of how a few wrong assumptions
and lack of knowledge can really mess up a good thing that took
a lot of Sanders time and WELL deserving the sticky.

GO back-- start reading from POST #2 to post 8 or 9.
AND keep in mind that the OP only had good intentions.

IF we had just each helped Sander a little -- post /PM about broken or need an updated --

IMHO helping with updates should also be the 'job' of every member here.

IMHO it would/should never had needed a sticky as it should have been a fav thread. AND stayed current by the posts.

kept my our Laser 'GURU' Dr Sam --.wrong

If you google Sam's ..you will get
a zillion 'hits' but most go to Dr Sam's Laser or Walmart Sams--was able to cross meeting him from my bucket list (twice)

If you add them up- we have MANY great threads covering many parts of what the OP put together.
AND an easy search in THAT section (forum) should take you to answers that has active current links.






MYB a member will 'find' Sander and we will see him (or her) back.

I haven't seen i mentioned yet. But the term "Laser Bible" I believe is taken already by two of the illustrious Gurus on lasers, Sam Goldwasser and Steve. So, you might change the title. I came looking for information related to their work
