Help on cleaning laser?

There are these little blobs on the light of the laser. and it's been bothering me. i've been trying to use lens cleaning wipes, but they don't seem to disappear. it's not the same ones, but new ones just keep appearing everytime i try to clean it. is there any way to get these off?

Seems as dust on lens. Depends if on outside or inside. Try to use photographic cleaning/blowing balloon at first attempt - filtered, otherwise you will bring more dust in.

It is important to do it in dust free room and with lens facing down. I clean my lasers in bathroom after shower (wait a while) when humidity is not that high. Little droplets of water absorb dust in air and you get better results.

If that does not help, there are further methods - expensive and precise (First Contact) or cheaper brushes and other stuff available in photographic stores. Try not to use ear picks, since they leave fibers on surface and can scratch your lens.

Hopefully it helps.

Edit: If it is inside - you need to disassembly the optics obviously - special care and dust free room is needed. Use some paper towel not leaving fibers to put the optics on and before assembly clean it piece by piece once more. Do tests during this if the dust has been removed.

That center distortion looks more like a burned window to me, but yest, dirty too.

You need to clean the lens first , not the thing you are holding in the picture.
If that doesn't help if that does not help you can try cleaning the diode window in your picture
If neither works toss it in the rubbish bin and get a new one.
