Yeah, glad it's not just me thinking that.

They've always been good at working with customers to make them happy.

Did you do any troubleshooting of your own or with their assistance? Yellow DPSS is known for being sensitive to knocks, temperature shifts, battery choice etc.

Did you give them a chance to resolve the situation?

I will resolve this situation ASAP I already wrote to Adam. It might be an issue with shipping, I will ship it back.

I also wrote to CNI asking how much will 80mw PGL-III-C will cost.

Have you seen my video, showing the laser being on?

Too bad about your laser. I agree it must be a shipping issue. That turned in to a witch hunt real quick. I'm sure they will work with you.
I see your not in the US.. so give cni a try

I get an empty screen while doing so. I will wait for Adams response to return my money. When money will be returned I will disassemble the laser.

I’m scared of getting scammed, I don’t want to ship it back I have rights just to get refund, right?

This is an issue I have often with Chrome. Try another browser like Opera.

I highly recommend the new version of Firefox, Firefox Quantum. The performance improvements over the last version are fantastic. No more lagging, no more crashing after running for a while, everything is nice and quick. Performs better than Chrome IMO. Memory usage seems to be lower too.

Update:

I got a return shipping instructions, sending it back for replacement today.

CNI respond that they want 970$ for 80mw version,
better I will receive normal DL other than wasting that much for guarantee.

I will keep you updated, hope they will send new, overspec unit.

They have something like RMA number, I had written it on a box instead of writing it on a note and then putting it into the box, I guess it’s ok.

Thank you guys for your support!

Just saw this. I'm glad it seems to be getting resolved. It might not seem like a lot of money to a company like CNI, but it is to anyone of us and you certainly deserve a working laser.

I'm on Windows 10, but it should be compatible with any Windows OS still supported by Microsoft. It's also available for Mac and Linux.

I also got a low end 589nm from them. Mine isn't nearly as bad as yours, but it averages ~37mW instead of the advertised 50mW. After a few unhelpful e-mails from "Adam" and reading posts from users that were scammed by them on attempted returns I decided to keep it, but that's obviously not an option in your case.

I'd try to contact paypal and open a dispute before sending it back.

DL is very random in both product quality and customer care. They really don't deserve the good reputation they have around here.

My laser is now shipped back, we negotiated to send a new unit. If it will be under spec I will request a refund.

Shipping was 20$ tho. But they don’t care. They must cover the shipping because it’s they fault that they shipped this crap to me.

It does seem DL is going downhill. Starting to wonder it these are CNI rejects that they are shipping out. It seems a lot of them lately have not be up to spec or have terrible beam specs and very unstable.

Definitely lets us know how it works out, Nexgen.

Thanks, Paul.

I’m still wondering whether I should ask for replacement unit or refund. :can:
I’m confused and scared of underspec.

I will try to speak with Adam, and tell him about my emotions.

Maybe he can pick the good one before shipment... (idk)

This is definitely not the way to do business...

I have this opinion too, maybe I should save up for a PGL-III-C 80mw. 970$ seem a bit high for me.
While the unit is on its way back I will think if I will ask for full refund. I don’t trust DL.
