Let me put it another way, I am working on fixing some of the troll problem by verifying those who are willing to do so. This individual is clearly an adult, he wouldn't let me see him on camera, or it wouldn't work, I don't know, but that's fine with me after talking a few minutes. I saw some nice photo's of that laser, very nice. If he will take PayPal I don't see the risk, as long as the money isn't sent as a gift.

I understand what you are saying but....verifying that they are living people on the planet is not much--they all are--is only a first small step.

IThe rules are not the rules except sometimes ?
If so then we are inviting rule breaking and opening the flood gates --literally inviting people to break the rules and do whatever broadcasting anything goes on LPF based on the whim of of the moment any member? Go figure?

All I could tell by talking to him is that he appeared to be a native to Switzerland, but what I cannot determine is if he indeed is the original account holder, or whether he is a sincere honest seller. I can believe he is good all I want, as I do, but it doesn't make it so to believe. He could really be anyone, using a IP proxy. However, at least he isn't Acc., that I can tell from his voice, too young but yet an adult, no doubt.

Here's were Skype thinks he is, could be real, or not, I don't know. My guess is he is as he indicates he is, I wouldn't worry about buying from him with PPal protection.

Entertainment for you is entertainment--cat and mouse games because they all might be Accu---got it.
So buy his 3 year old laser already. Nobody else is going to for $200 + shipping for Switzerland even with the the goggles bought for $60 in 2014 for free when a new JetLasers PL=E Mini 300mW 532 is the same price.

Whatever suit you is fine but...for several reasons some of which you mentioned, I simply don't think doing a "Dr. Dolittle" has much is any meaning, especially if you are not in a position to do anything either way--not a mod .
I think that broadcasting an invitation to break the LPF rules and mods decisions is OK is counter-productive making the rules not the rules is inviting trolls and spammers to LPF, but I could be wrong.
We shall see.

I've spoke with Issac too, he failed my test. This man sounds a little like him, but my gut feeling is he's the real deal. Let him list his laser for sale, maybe he will post a beam shot later.

Maybe someone is interested, and maybe there is no one who wants it. Who knows. I do not want to force anything. I know my „position“ here in LPF for a successful sale are not the best. But I will put all levers in motion to build up trust even more. You guys can ask me almost everything you want to know about me and the reason why I was inactive such a long time since 2014.

Still doesn't change the BST section rules. It is not hard to create 20 decent quality laser related posts and maintain a green rep bar. It actually seems rare around here for anyone to get a red rep bar now and it seems that when it does occur, it is usually well deserved.
