Interested in the new Jetlasers 100mw 473nm PLE pro Mini

I haven't ordered from JL myself, but have heard good things from them here in the past about their customer service. Customer service along with product quality is something I value very much from a company.

That's one of the benefits of buying a Jetlasers product! :yh:
As anyone who has owned a J/L will tell you, their customer service is the best in the business, bar none.
When my package was delayed in Hong Kong, Gray was the one who contacted me, rather than me having to wait and wonder where my package was.

So basically the complete and total Opposite of Sif#lasers who would find every excuse in the books to tell you why your item has not shipped.

Great to know such a company exists. When you think it seriously with laser hobby, you have to include it in the intangible part of product value when considering price. What more Jet Lasers are not really expensive with tangible product value, that makes it even better deal IMO. I'm looking forward to confirm this statement when my laser arrives.

Mine just showed an attempted delivery, but nobody was home, not sure how I'll get it, especially if a sig. is needed, since no one will be there during delivery times? :cryyy:

@Bowtie: Well, no worries I think they have like 3 attempts. BTW I use my work address to make sure somebody can pick it up - there is at least a receptionist. However I'm not sure if there will be any customs cost, therefore I need to agree somebody to pick it up with payment if mine arrives on Friday or agree with DHL on Saturday (business abroad right now). However my package is not moving within tracking yet.

Just as I thought, just got home, and found the "Sorry we missed you" DHL notice on the door, but there is a spot to sign for delivery without a signature.
So, as Hap mentioned, I'll sign and hope for it to still be here when I get home tomorrow!

Im really doubting it will be delivered today, It dillydallied in Cincinnati to long and just left this morning at 5:54am. Looks like it will come tomorrow when ill be all the way down in Florida. I love how i have trips when awesome stuff is being delivered. Ill just get it Monday.

Just to add more kudos to the J/L and Gray customer service team; Gray just sent me an email this morning, saying that he checked, and noticed that my package delivery had been attempted, but not completed.
You've got to remember, that he is about 12 hrs different than I am, so it was about 7:30 pm, and he's still working!
These guys are on top of things, you don't see that dedication and concern very often, especially in dealing with Chinese companies.

Yes, that is true. It is +7 hours in Hong Kong from my time zone and Gray answered my emails also in late afternoon of my time. Definitely out of working hours there. Such a dedication and beyond duty customer service.

Oh, that means what you think it means. Just make sure you can pick it up somehow.

And my laser is still frozen somewhere in the middle space. DHL tracking just says the same thing:

"Shipment information received" "LE HAVRE - FRANCE"

No change since "Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at 09:00".

I've just finished my working day a while ago, so I'll likely write to Gray to ask him to find out with their shipping agent, he was told the package should arrive on Friday/Saturday, but I think it is not likely with current situation. Hopefully he answers tomorrow, not today.

But you guys are lucky. Do not forget to post your first experience here to make me even more jelaus. :eg: Really, I'm looking forward what will be your feelings when you unpack it, put batts in, activate it and push button to start coherent light emission.

Edit: Oh, that was just yesterday morning - well, I was doing a lot of things so it seems to me much longer. I'll see... Hopefuly it will move soon.

Mine was just delivered, and I went to pick it up on my lunch hour, didn't want to take a chance on it being stolen.

This is the 465nm 1.4W version, since I ordered before the 473nm were released, will have to get one of those also!

Uh, ah, oh... What a beauty! That is awesome! Definitely it was a good decision to choose black finish. Is that mini or pro version?
