Hey I was looking for a AAA 3.7volt rechargeable battery.. Is a 3.7 volt 18650 the same thing or no?

No it's a diffirent size.

You're looking for the 10440. That's roughly the same size as a AAA. Protected button tops are a bit longer than alkalines though.

18650s will be way too big.

14500 is AA.
