Well,

I just got back from one of the few memorable events in my life, High School graduation. I can say I had a lot of fun during the 4 years there and it's gone by so fast! My currently goal is to enjoy the summer ahead, keep saving up for a car(almost there) & keep my grades high in college.

What was really fantastic was my father who is located in France stayed up until 3AM for me to receive my diploma(streamed online).

I would like to thank the people on this forums who have helped with some of my silly questions, along with some strange request I may have made. Im not perfect, but I try to be friendly & help promote happiness all around me. That being said, another chapter of my life awaits! :D

Congratulations Alex, the next chapter will be less fun and more work, but the adventure is just beginning.

@Pi R Squared

Thanks! I know college is going to be much more responsibility on me, and I'm honestly a little freaked out! This is a big step in my life, but I'll try to make the best of it! :)

Try not to freak out, college should be a lot of fun! I was NOT a fan of high school, but college turned out to be awesome for me! It's nice being able to study what interests you instead of the boring, repetitive sh*t they throw at you in HS.

Congratulations Alex. I agree with styropyro, I was not a big fan of High School but College was much better. College is harder but much more rewarding in many different ways. I really enjoy what you wrote and I love your outlook on life. Good for you :)

@BowtieGuy

Thanks! Yea I did, I'm really happy this the username I picked this time so I think this one is a keeper! :)

@styropyro

Thank you! My goal is to study a pharmacie tech class & get my degree in it. After that, I may decide to go further & become a pharmacist!

@Laser Chick

Thanks for letting me know, I'm excited now haha :p

For what it's worth, I used to be in the "pre-pharmacy" program at school so I am very familiar with what it takes to get into pharmacy school! They really like people who have worked as pharm techs before, but don't neglect working on your pre-pharm classes while working as a pharm tech.

The pre-pharm class schedule is actually pretty fun. They'll have you take the first two organic chem classes, Calc I, and some bio stuff. In fact I had so much fun in my pre-pharm classes that I ended up switching to chemistry.

Congratulations!

Its not a bad career choice at all...some buddies who went that route were happy they did.

Just decide to live the rest of your life with the assumption that ANY part of it may one day be explained to your child.

You get to decide what that child might hear.
