I thought of that but they said in a pointer. So I am assuming it is just the pointer they are having trouble with. Considering a member I talked to here has a 300mw hl in the mail right now.

The 520nm or the 532nm in a pointer? I doubt they'll fit 200mW of 532 in a pointer. The 520nm doesn't use crystals. You could always try though.

No no. I ordered the 150mw 532 in a pointer. Due to crystal problems they can't produce it right now. So they offered me a 520 50mw pointer. I know the 520 isn't DPSS but I already have a 70mw 520 coming to me from a forum member here so I asked them how much extra they would charge me for the HL532 200mw. The HL532 isn't a pointer.

Yeah I was tempted to just get the 520 50 but like I said I have a stronger one coming from a guy on here. And yeah gozert let's just hope they email me back and let me know if they will cut me a deal

I called dhl support and they said that it had just missed the plane. Really, a plane to go from miami to sarasota? thats like a 4 hour or so drive. It would take longer to friggen load up a plane, scan it all in, fly over, scan it out, load it into different trucks and put it out for delivery.

Wtf dhl. 35 dollars for express shipping my ass.

I read that until its delivered customs has the ability to redact any package, and i swear if they fricken did, theres gonna be major issues between me and the government.

Customs can take weeks for your package to get processed. My 593.5nm that I bought a month ago took over 3 weeks to arrive, of which it was sitting at the customs for more than 2 weeks.

They had to put a whole sticker on it. It's heavy work you know. They gotta walk over to where the stickers are, pick up the sticker, take the foil off, place the sticker on the package and then place the package back to where it was. That takes at least 2 weeks.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. DHL tends to be really fast. I've never had an issue.
It's too bad they don't have the 532nm 150mW pen (I've got 2 of them). The 520nm pen would be nice in my opinion as I really like pen units but since you are just starting out its a hard call.
I own a few of the HL and PL units and the PL is WAY nicer and I don't know anyone who wouldn't agree. Would rather have all pens and PLs than any HLs. The HL is quite bland in comparison and has way less heat sinking. Take a look at the PL with a 532nm and pay a bit more if you have to, you won't regret it.

I took the refund and went elsewhere. I cannot complain about their service really. I think a lot of company's would have kept my money and sent me something sub par/not what I ordered. And I wouldn't worry jombo. Thanks again for your help.

actually the pens are more or less crap if u ask me im not too impressed with mine tho, flimsy button and a pen and a hl or pl host is day and night differnce. I think having 150mW in a pen cant be fun the duty cycle according to them is 10 sec.. oh yeah fun and u can focus it either, i dont see anything wrong in the hl hosts in fact they are very nice and well done, ofc the bigger and bulkier pl is nice to, but u should only have that if u want longer duty cycles otherwise they are more or less the same just one is bigger and heavier but the material on them etc is the same.

WOW, i got mine, and all i can say is fricken WOW.

The host feels AMAZING. The threads are VERY nice, it feels incredibly sturdy, and holy FCKIN shit is it bright.

The laser is smaller than i thought it would be, which is GREAT! Id more or less describe it as a pen, so heratogwea, id STRONGLY consider getting a HL 532!
