Hey guys,
I wish to show my appreciation and thanks to rhd for a couple of positive buying transactions the past month. rhd has helped out not just myself but many people here on LPF.
After reading in a thread my interest in obtaining the beautiful and rare wl of 561nm rhd offered to sell me his which I pounced on the opportunity. During the transaction I had some bad luck when trying to purchase some bitcoins that held up the funding far longer than it should have and rhd was very patient during the blunder. I really appreciated this especially considering he wasn't even looking to sell the laser but rather was kind enough to part with it more to just help me out. I have seen him do this more than once for other members here on the forums.

I got the laser quickly and without incident and was more than satisfied. He takes impeccable care of his collection. The safety shudder was still tight and stiff as this laser was like new. What can I say about this beautiful wl in a PGL-III-C 561 30mW. Its everything I hoped. Such a beautiful color it is the crown jewel of my collection.

After the 589 GB didn't happen and some personal struggles my wife and I have had to endure I have been very depressed. Not just because I wanted one of these yellow lasers for myself but feeling like I let a lot of people down. Getting this 561 really helped lift me out of the funk I have been in. I can't thank him enough. I will post some pics as soon as I get a couple days off from work. I can't wait to show it off.
So rhd, thank you! You really did an awesome thing for me and it is very appreciated.

Ehh personal stuff is no fun. Recently my girlfriend who has always been supportive of my hobby, we separated. I'm hoping I can get this module from CNI or start a new coil.

Wow, that's awesome man! I know you have really wanted a 589, but 561 is a wavelength even fewer have seen so you should be really proud of owning such a marvel! Can't wait to see some mustard pictures!

Thanks UK. WE came home last month to a notice our our door the house we rent is being auctioned in 30 days. It's been stressful but looks like our landlord stopped the auction for now. It's why I have been MIA the past few weeks. It's good to be back. I'm sorry to hear of your break up. I wish you all the best on your new builds. I think I'm going to buy a 50mW 589 module from CNI. I just hope they will sell me a PGL host for it. I'm in love with that host now that I own 2 of them. A 900mW 532 and now my new baby the 461nm!!!

Thanks Alex. Indeed I'm am incredibly grateful to own such a rare wl. I still haven't given up trying to get a 589 though. How you liking your new CNI laser? I just got home from a 3 day camping hiking adventure my wife took me on for my 43rd birthday. I'm so sore! Lol! But pics coming soon of the new hotness 461, promise.

I agree. I'm incredibly fortunate to have this wl and in 30mW!!!! I use it almost every night at least a couple mins just to see the color. It's so unique. I showed my wife when I got it and she was like "cool Hun it's another green one." I said no no no, and pulled out a 532 to show the difference and she said "oh.... so it's a lighter green one. How much did that cost you?" lol!
She gets it just likes to tease me. She is incredibly supportive of my hobbies. She thinks it's a riot I'm on a forum about laser pointers but knows it makes me happy. It is funny when I stop and think about it though how excited we get for rare wl.

I tried some but because the 532 was much more powerful you can barely see the 561. I need to get my tripod back from a friend that borrowed it so I can use my good camera with long exposure. Also I want to get some white styrofoam to show the defused color of the dots. Read about that trick.

I just bought a 65mW 520 pen tonight so when that arrives I can use all three green wl to compare. I really wish I had <50mW 532 for the pics. I'm going to try to use battery with little charge left on them and see if I can't get a more even brightness for the pics. I'll try to get something up in the meantime of just the 561 I know people are anxious to see it. I've been meaning to do it just not enough hours in a day lately to catch up on stuff.

Well guys I tried my best to get y'all some pics but my camera not only can't differentiate between 532 and 561 even the pics of just the 561 look like a 532. I even tried shining them through white styrofoam board but everything looks green.
I'll have to ask brucemir what I can do.

Strange how a 12nm difference between 520 and 532 is fairly obvious yet as we move to the yellow-greens and a 29nm gap it's less so...is the difference clear in 'real life'?
