No they keep telling me excuses to why I haven't received a tracking number yet.... So you guys know how this sofi broad just told me to wait 3-4 weeks? I replied with a furious email on Monday and she replys back on Saturday saying another 4-6 weeks or I could possibly try and get my money back..:gun:
Now its moved to 8 weeks... i sent them an email and we walked though the math together about how its been MORE than 8 weeks and they stopped responding.

Can someone explain to me why you are not simply reversing the charges?

It might be too late at this point. Dosen't VISA have a 90 day limit for these kinds of things?

-Alex

Often, the time limit is reset to X days from the latest delivery date estimate they've provided you with. So, if they've extended your delivery window by email, and you have proof of that, it's worth a shot.

I paid in full december 20th.. Last message i received from them with a date was march 30th telling me to wait 4-6 weeks... now they've done this to me several times so I knew they were bluffing!.. I called up my credit card company yesterday Apr14 which would of given wicked about 2 - 3 weeks from which they said it'd be 4-6 and my credit company also was going to give them 4 - 6 weeks.. so yes wicked would of had a total of 9 weeks instead of 6 to deliver the package that should of been on its way 3 times already lol....

I contacted wicked lasers after talking with my credit card yesterday was waiting to be surprised to here if my package was on the way.. but guess what I called there bluff and I was right they haven't even sent my package out AGAIN!! I should of been expecting it in 3-4 weeks and they tell me it has been turned around again... by this time there offering my refund now lol.. Im wondering if my credit card company talked to them.. I let them know yeah it would be perfect if I can receive my money now and Ill tell my company its been resolved... Lets wait to here that they can actually not stop my package again ....

Is good information to know anything ordered must be delivered within 30 days or you are entitled to a refund
Best protections are to use a credit card and let credit card company go to bat for you.

From: https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/guidance/business-guide-ftcs-mail-internet-or-telephone-order

"The Rule requires that when you advertise merchandise, you must have a reasonable basis for stating or implying that you can ship within a certain time. If you make no shipment statement, you must have a reasonable basis for believing that you can ship within 30 days. That is why direct marketers sometimes call this the "30-day Rule."

If, after taking the customer’s order, you learn that you cannot ship within the time you stated or within 30 days, you must seek the customer’s consent to the delayed shipment. If you cannot obtain the customer’s consent to the delay -- either because it is not a situation in which you are permitted to treat the customer’s silence as consent and the customer has not expressly consented to the delay, or because the customer has expressly refused to consent -- you must, without being asked, promptly refund all the money the customer paid you for the unshipped merchandise."

" You must cancel an order and provide a prompt refund when:
-the customer exercises any option to cancel before you ship the merchandise;
-the customer does not respond to your first notice of a definite revised shipment date of 30 days or less and you have not shipped the merchandise or received the customer’s consent to a further delay by the definite revised shipment date;
-the customer does not respond to your notice of a definite revised shipment date of more than 30 days (or your notice that you are unable to provide a definite revised shipment date) and you have not shipped the merchandise within 30 days of the original shipment date;
-the customer consents to a definite delay and you have not shipped or obtained the customer’s consent to any additional delay by the shipment time the customer consented to;
-you have not shipped or provided the required delay or renewed option notices on time; or
-you determine that you will never be able to ship the merchandise."

even though I want an evo really bad this is the exact reason I didn't want to order from wicked lasers. That company is a hot mess.

I did, I had really wanted a green one but they were "out". Ended up settling on the "2W" arctic.

The krypton is back in-stock again with 900mw+ claim and the crazy price.

Good luck to anyone ordering!

I wonder if they are using an under-driven NDG7475 or more likely an over-driven NDG700?

The price is simply unjustifiable!

Wow, I didn't notice that too. Not 532nm instead it's 520 nm. They didn't put that into advertisement people may think they are buying the old krypton with good divergence until they see the 520nm wide beam. lol
