You can try mentioning LPF in another email. LPF got them into some legal issue some time ago and mentioning LPF should make them reply.little update:
They sent an email a while ago(february 1st i think) saying "oh look now you can see when we "think" your laser will get here by clicking on this url" so i did and it said april 21st... Then february 3rd they said my laser had finished and would be shipped in 1-2 days and they would send me a tracking number. here i am almost 20 days later, no tracking number. Ive emailed them like 20 times, im pretty sure they just delete my requests now.

And yes thats right, thirty two days after it "shipped" and its still not here... not even a tracking number.
wicked lasers is a joke dont buy from them even if they offer nice discounts they deserve to rot in hell!

I ordered my arctic laser on december 20th 2015. yes i am still waiting and am fairly worried... I message wickedlasers several times and I always get the same annoying reply that oh we are waiting on our tracking info but your package has been shipped out...
now they told me they sent it out for shipping on feb 5th and I would receive it in 2-3 weeks.. so i message back to confirm and of course sofi disagrees and tells me oh no no no lol 4-6 business weeks lmao... anyways they told me i could change my region for faster shipping or take my money back...
so i said okay instead of the us can you ship to me here in canada?
the reply was oh yes sure no problem it would get there much faster!! but there is normally problems with customs so we can't guaranteed your package and we consider you go with u.s. shipping instead..
so that is what i pick and Ive waited till about now and ask for my money back and here is my reply!

so you are telling me its going to take 2 months or more and its already in the process of shipping?!..

We only got one of those things...Yea WL is slow and their customer service is rather generic. But hey, you can only (at most) pick two: cheap, fast, and high quality
Have they given you the tracking number. If not, assume they haven't shipped it. Nobody in China ships anything worth more than $10 or so without tracking these days.
So if not, then dispute the charges with your CC, and move on.
