I am quite impressed with the OPUS charger --it does stuff I did not know you could do- which explains the 'higher' cost- it has 'refresh' mode that dis-charges the battery to help avoid memory- it can test yr batts too. - I will do a proper review asap--thanks GEARBEST for the free-bee!! nice!!

The more I read in the owner's manual I find new things(I think) the OPus can do--

example I 'think' you can check used batts, like those in older laptop batt packs to see how good they really still are. For me some of this is uncharted waters- I check with DMM and not much more-- time to get hip.

so
the common 'free' chargers are worth what they cost--not much.
and the ones like Nite-Core ARE much better and safer too and priced right IMO
and now the OPUS > 3X higher price BUT it does much more than even the Nitecore.

so happy I won it as otherwise I may have never seen what these and others cost so much more..

My problem with the instructions is NOT about any 'chinglish' or poor translation- Its just a lot for me to wrap my head around.. so I might be asking for some help..:shhh:

bbl with copy of instructions--

Thanks Hakzaw1 ! I don't think the instructions are very good either. I just bought this so if you can give out a better translation of the instructions I would be forever grateful! Its not that they are poorly translated, they are very terribly written! Any help with the functions would be appreciated. I know this can do a battery test and discharge but I have no clue what the numbers mean or how long a test actually lasts. Please and help would definitely be appreciated!

I ordered the charger just a few days ago, good deal for $39.09. It will be nice to know the actual specs of some of my laptop pulls and all my other batteries. I might do a little review too.

I just became the high bidder on a Nitecore D4 digi at $29. If I get outbid then this Opus charger will be my purchase. I've always been a Nitecore die hard but the features on the Opus make it hard to pass up.
