I actually want to buy the 200mW version of this laser, but I'm also talking to susie from o-like and she told me they are currently making a waterproof focusable green laser.
apparently it's chrome colored and takes a 16340 battery.

I have to admit that the host is pretty sweet looking and the waterproofing is an added bonus. I'd like to see what O-Like does with their own version of this.

I'm thinking of getting the 120mw blue-violet waterproof, only if I get those instructions:yh: How hard of a hastle is it to use their site for ordering because I've never ordered from rayfoss ... and random / stupid question are you in the U.S?

The 120mW is a pretty good deal on their site, and when focused it will burn really well.
It seems their site has been down a few times lately for some reason. but, when you do order, they process and ship really fast. And I get stuff in So Cal in around 8 days from when I order. I have ordered almost a dozen times from them and they always provide a tracking number as soon as they ship.

I'm thinking about buying this very same laser just for underwater fun. I'm having trouble debating the power. I don't need it for burning since i have a 405nm for that, but i want a laser that has a visible beam so i want to get a nice green laser. How far does the beam travel under water with the 50mw? With a 50mw are goggles a must or only if starring at the dot up close? i.e. burning stuff. its either this or the 100mw version which might be overkill for what i want.

This laser (the Rayfoss waterproof) accepts CR123 size batteries (also called 16340-size).
The one(16340) provided puts out 3.7v (when full), and is rechargeable.
I think the regular (non-rechargeable [eg: duracell]) CR123's only put out 3.2v (when full), so you should just use the one that is provided by Rayfoss. It would not be worth it to purchase another battery uness it's a 3.7v 16340 rechargeable.

Haha.. I can read the Chinese on that thing. Far from god's sake in the original script. It's a lot more sane.:crackup::crackup::crackup::crackup:
