Is it bad if I my dream last night was me sitting in his lecture with him asking me about the definition and properties of mode locking?

Before I can get to the how mode locking can be done , the dream ended and my parents told me I was sleep speaking something about frequencies lol

modes oscillating independently ...slightly different frequencies ..phase of the light waves in each mode is not fixed....
if only a few oscillating modes, interference between the modes can cause beating effects...
thousands of modes,... CW....

Mode locked lasers periodically all constructively interfere and give a strong burst of light ,duration of each pulse of light is determined by the number of modes which are oscillating in phase...

The dream is mostly fragments to me now , but I remember the professor marking something down on his paper :crackup:
