Hi, just wanted to share this cool video I found
here

The video is about a 1000000000000fps camera.
Pretty cool... 1 frame per 1.71 picoseconds.

I guess it would be possible to see a laser beam leave the lens

I was expecting something... well, high speed and getting blown up.
 
A million dollar grant and they use a Coke bottle to hold the visualizer :crackup:

Only works for repeatable events. Camera works not by capturing a bunch of frames really fast, but capturing frames with very very accurate timing resolution. I.e. first frame is from the first laser shot, second one from another laser shot, so on, and so on.

Interesting to note the "see around walls" phenomenon being discussed a bit.
 
Its the same setup they used for the first matrix... A swirl of camers moving around an area taking in every angle at once...
