@cracked, I can confirm that heatsinks compatible with L2P's will work in the L2T. I have a 635nm laser in my L2T and it is friggin sweet.

Jay,

Any idea yet if you can do all of this with the L2T host?

Solar Force L2T Flashlight Host for 18650 - L2 Host Black Finish

It's 4mm shorter than the L2P, comes with a forward clicky instead of the reverse clicky on the L2P, doesn't have a silly "attack" bezel, has a sexy ultra matte finish, and costs a few $ less. It accepts the same drop-in modules as the L2P, so your heat sink may already be good to go. But can the L2T bezel also be made into a one-piece focus ring...

If you're up for experimenting, I'll offer to order one (for a start) to you directly.

Yep, I'm sure I can make the bezel focus design work in the same way...

Just PM me about sending me the host...

Hi
I have 3 questions:
1. How many 18650 fit inside? 1 right?
2. The Custom focus knob is the big one or is that the little one?
3. How long is your back log of orders?

Anyways awesome host and heat sink.

Hi,

I'm about a week out...

Building in the order of 'date paid' to be fair to those waiting.

This host fits a single 18650, or 2 X RCR123 cells.

For this build, there are a couple options for the Focus adapter as shown in the first post.

The 'custom focus knob' is a small knurled focus adapter.

The coolest one, is the 'bezel focus' option. With that option, you turn the bezel to focus.

Just send me a PM for ordering!

Yes I have the X-Boost drivers... :)

I stock a few specifically for my 'Hot' option kits, but do not sell the bare drivers...

they are adjustable right? with this little metal thing on them.
also is it easy to change the custom focus knob from a normal AixiZ module?

I have the X-Boost adjustable (1A to 1.6A) drivers. Yes they have a pot for adjusting the current. But obviously you have to have a test load to adjust it properly, etc...

The custom focus knob is similar in size the the AixiZ focus ring, and yes, it is threaded to fit the top of your lens...

I would like to purchase a standard position L2P heatsink. I will be using a 12mm module and would like to use a FMT V2 driver (15.8mm diameter), will it fit inside the driver cavity without modification? Please let me know where to send payment.
Thank you.

Does this heatsink work with the Solarforce L2D side-clicky host?

https://www.solarforceflashlight-sa...orce-l2d-blk-ha3-front-switch-flashlight-body

Some ideas: The reverse clicky can be replaced with a forward clicky or forward momentary switch and the plain switchless L2D tailcap can be replaced with a regular Solarforce clicky tailcap - for a dual switch system.

Thank you.

This thread last had a post 4 years ago--not likely you are going to get any response. PM or email Jayrob and ask he is not active much on LPF any longer,

You can probably guess that it will not fit as an L2P host head is 32mm and L2D is 35mm but ask Jayrob

Yes to your question...

This kit is one of my most popular along with my Mag kits.

I'm not on the forum posting a lot these days, but still respond to my threads and PM's.
