Dragon Lasers IR Filtered? New Beam Expander From DL Comming?

Was just wondering if Dragon Laser products i.e. Spartan Series/Viper Series is IR filtered?

Also DL claims to have a new Beam Expander in the making, anybody know the release date or what wavelenghts it will be for?

Two and a half month ago I asked Frank from DL if there are any news with the beam expander for the Spartan Series 1W Blue Handheld Laser.

He replied that "Our production people are still telling me they are making excellent progress but can't give me a release date".

Yes! All lasers (DPSS) from CNI Are IR Filtered. So Dragon Lasers too.

Hello, I ordered a 200mw BL Aurora from Dragon 10 days ago and I asked Frank about the Beam Expander before I ordered it and he told me there was no ETA. A week later he emailed me saying that in the next six months if i wanted to upgrade to a 1W Spartan I could, and that he may have good news about the Beam Expander by then. Apparenttly it will no longer fit the Aurora but will fit the Spartan as it is a redesigned unit

I alway's had a feeling that they don't release it couse one out of two spartans have crooked beams.

It's bin years out of stock.
Can't think of any other possible reason.
