As you can see the clip to the headlamp strap broke after removing the installing the light in the same positon on the strap.

hahawut? 8W 120 lumens? I'm pretty sure even most halogens are more efficient than that. More like 120lm@1W or 220lm@3W

My M6 came with a centering ring for the LED in the reflector.

cnqualitygoods.com is a VERY GOOD site. I paid for the DHL shipping and they shipped it Sunday, Sept. 23rd. It arrived today, Tuesday, Sept. 25th at about 11:15AM. It took 3 days to process. My order was also extremely well wrapped and packaged. Also, 1 day after I purchased my order, they emailed me asking how much I wanted to claim it was worth on the package to avoid customs taxes and stuff.

I built a computer for a friend and he gave me a SureFire M3LT CombatLight® for helping him. I would have rather had the money he spent on it but I never ask for anything when helping friends; so it was a gift.

That's a damn nice present. Best 100% thrower I have ever seen. I can't wait until chinese companies start to copy the TIR lens and we start seeing it in more conservatively priced lights.

TIR are still made from plastic. Maybe it will deform from the intense heat from the direct-driven XML. Metal reflectors has no problem with heat.
