Title may be lil' bit misleading...;)

Anyway, I was browsing eBay and I found this

How much you think the output will be? Would it be worth of buy?

That's DTR's ebay page. I believe he sells them cheaper on the fourms

That diode is an A140 there is lots of info on it on the forums.

i have 2 module with DTR's diode. i love em :D
output: what current you run it at :p ( i was told to take the number of amps your running it at and multiply it by .9 and expect it to be around there. ie if your using a three element lense.)
worth the buy: yes

DTR is listing this on eBay, so he has to give eBay ~10% of his selling cost.
Buy your diodes from DTR directly - it's better for you, and better for him :)

That listing isn't for a complete working system, it's just the diode + aixiz module. You can get that for just $52, here:

You'll also need a lens, which you can also grab from DTR directly:

i meant the diode is worth the buy ;) didnt think i needed to mention that since someone said it already
not to go off topic but RHD also sells modules with DTR's diode :D

Wait wait wait so the module that he sells contains just aixiz and diode? :eek: No driver?

Actually, to correct that - The modules I sell don't use DTR's diodes, but that's only because I purchase them in larger QTYs now.

TuhOz: I have purchased many many diodes from DTR, and he's definitely the guy to go to for diodes. If I was still purchasing a few diodes at a time, I would be still ordering them from DTR - no question about it :) In fact I ordered two 635s from DTR just a few days ago:

Yes, it's pressed into an aixiz module. I have personally used these diodes from DTR.
