The "420nm" unit I bought from these guys turned out to be standard 405. But judging from the price to power ratio, and the beam size in the pictures, this one looks legitimate.
I bought one and I'll do a review. But it'll be a while because their shipping takes 2-3 weeks.

There are 515nm diodes. 30mW rated.
The PL515's
O-Like sells them for $125 last I checked.
Also, the diodes from Aixiz are the PL515's as well, already mounted in a module, with an SMD boost driver for running at 4.2V, for $85 or something like that.

If we're getting over 100mW from the 50mW 520's, 250mW from these overdriven isn't too far fetched :evil:and with a lower Vf of 6V, this should be more efficient than the PL520.

150mW @ 400mA, with a maximum rated current of 480mA...
We might very well get these to 300mW!
OTOH it's multimode.. hope it's more like the 445nm than the 638nm multimodes.

IMHO These are a bargain atm. sold a few at selem. each made 26mW -
its ready to use but suggest a bigger finned heat sink- order from the store not amazon or greedybay
quickly shipped from houston- and a real waranty too.
any host with 12mm long bore[30 mm] can be used- driver is embedded into a standard AixiZ MODULE W/ STOCK LENS AND CAN BE FOCUSED:beer::beer:
