It's a shame, but at least you didn't pay for it. It looks like it has been lost, as you have had no update for a while now.

It would be funny if it showed up at your door on April fools day:)

Yeha, no loss to me. You'd just think they'd make more of an effort to get a review unit out...?

That's ok Bob, that is what I would presume CA to be as well. :p

Thanks, I have a excuse, " brain fart" :)

No bad:) I fell for it too when I saw CA in Laserlands "excuse" in diachi's request to them...

I have another excuse if the first one doesn't work, "senior moment" :)

Still no sign of it, sometimes things from China have taken around 2 months to arrive but not often. Still waiting on a set of heat shrink tubing from China that I ordered at the start of February, estimated delivery is anywhere between March 7th and April 3rd.

There haven't been any updates to the tracking for the Laserlands shipment since the last one at the start of February... Not going to hold my breath.

Something sounds real fishy. I would think they'd send another for good customer service.

You'd think they'd make even more effort than normal seeing as this one is specifically for a review, which will still happen if the laser shows up or not.

Good deal, people need to be held responsible for their actions. Be it good or bad. It's the only way to learn/grow. 👍

To be fair, this isn't really the fault of laserlands that the postal service lost the item. They probably wonder why they should need to lose money sending another free unit out due to a problem that isn't their fault. If anything the postal service deserve all the blame here.

It just changes the focus, understandable for laserlands. Now it's a matter of getting the Post Office to stand tall ??

Best wishes there. Government doing the right thing? let's hope they find it.

Miracles have been know to happen. :)

Yes, that's true, however choice of shipping method is still up to them. Communication is still up to them.

I'll need to ask what other shipping options they have available for future reference, 2-2½ month shipping to Canada is unreasonable.

I ordered one of these from their eBay listing a while
back and it never showed up. Opened an eBay/PayPal
claim 2 days ago and got refunded this morning.

They may have shipping or inventory issues.... Who
knows ??

It could be a genuine shipping problem, but Diachi has a point with the communication and shipping methods. Glad you got your refund Jerry.

The complaint should be, its too powerful ha

Actually, it is reasonably spot on with what it states. It is one of the more safer Chinese pointers we have come across. Mine metered at 5-6mW. I'm certainly not going to complain about that.
