While scanning for a last minute alternative to the 150mW o-like (to save some coins) I saw this from DealExtreme:
"United States Customers Only: due to new regulations enforced by the US FDA and PayPal, orders of >5mW lasers units shipped to the United States are no longer accepted. Orders that were previously accepted and unshipped will be cancelled and refunded to customers. This affects United States orders only."
So when did this go into effect? I bought a 50mW from Led Shoppe on the Oct 17th and they said it shipped on the 20th. So does this not apply to some overseas companies, are some taking chances or did this just happen? If so, wouldn't this skyrocket prices U.S. based companies charge?
