Hi Tater,
The focus adapter was built for me by Ed Crouse some time ago before he closed shop. I have another one thats cool also from him. Its his basic design but i wanted it with some more reliefs to show the beam. So i drew a pic of the alterations i wanted and he created it. If you look at his older posts on his work you'll find it and many more. Boy i sure do miss that guy badly. He was top machinist i have a lot of hosts from him. pis of the other one...

465nm is my favorite color right now, only one I'd like more is 470nm, but we can't get power up there, can we?

When you drive to 4.5A....Angelos reports this LD shifts to about 470nm.....so....yes we can....and do.

i was just looking at this diode on dtr's shop. Man, really want to do a build with this diode now. But i should probablly stick with 650nm as my first build. ...baby steps.
