VERY bright, you can even see the beam slightly int he day, and in the night, its SOLID!

I have a PERFECT burner, Dilda 200mw, not much of a beam thing, but crazy burning capabilities!

Ill include 2 rechargeable batteries, 4 non-rechargeable batteries. Also a charger! PERFECT condition not even a scratch on it. Batteries are 3.6 volts, the charger can handle them, and the charger can even charge CR123's, the Dilda takes CR2. 3.6v is the highest you can go without damaging the laser.

If you want, I can take many pics for you to !

In case you or anyone else is interested, I have these two lasers which I may be willing to sell or trade (preferably as a set). You can swap the back two pieces as you wish, making it either two-tone, or just one color (as seen in pic of flashlights). The one with the red top is a red laser, the one with the black top a blu-ray laser. They each have a copper/aluminum heatsink (mostly copper, a gap in the back filled TIGHTLY with aluminum foil). One is a LPC running at 410mA w/ a rkcstr driver (should be mid-200mWs? I forget), the other is a PHR running at 125mA with a rkcstr driver (should be 100-110mW). Both can obviously burn electrical tape, light a match, pop balloons, etc.









As for price, PM me if interested, or for you yukino, I'm not sure what would be a good trade. The flashlights look cool, but seem very expensive compared to ones you can get on DealExtreme.com, and HDDs have gone down a lot in price lately, and will probably continue as soon as black-friday comes. I'd still be interested in those items^^, but I wonder if there's anything else that seems good.

Guys I'm a bit worried about this guy.

I've traded $280 worth of laser and cash for his ipod touch, but its been a week since my package arrived at his place, and his hasn't arrived yet (we supposedly shipped out at the same day). He didn't accept paypal payments and didn't mention which carrier he would send the ipod by.

and I did a google search on his address, and found a scammer who used the same address:

How did you pay him if not by paypal?

he requested money order, and that's how I paid him.

Money order? That's like shipping "secured" cash, and cash has no name on it. Let's hope he didn't screw you over, as you won't have much recourse, especially when USPS or whoever does not arbitrate disputes, only stolen or lost money orders.

yea, I am pretty sure I've been scammed by him. Hopefully no one else on this forum will fall into his trap.

I guess this is the end of my laser hobby.

Dam that sucks, is there not anything you can do? I would never trade anything outside of paypal at least then your covered.

I wouldn't plan on scamming him yukino. We have many Maryland members. I only live 30 miles away from you. At least two other members are even closer.

yea that's what happened,
i asked for his paypal for the extra $80 dollars ontop of the 2 lasers, but he said his account was frozen.

I'm not sure what I can do with his address, though. . . and it seems like he's scammed a few people already on other forums using different names.

Yeah he has like 5 Howardforums.com accounts. Somebody on HF said that they had been spammed by him on yet another forum. So that's at least 3 forums he has spammed people on. You should add him to the list of people not to do business with thread or open a new one.

Id ask someone to go round and recoup your debts for you. Im sure a face to face chat would sway any discrepencies in your favor ...nothing illegal mind! . Read what ordeal i had to go through with a member here:

I was negotiating with someone to go round to his place and chat with him or his parents, but he came through in the end after Daguin made a VERY generous offer.

See what you can do, then choose the best option for yourself and not him.

The lowest cost PHR i can make is a 120mW FlexDrive powered laser.

I use fully tested wavelength sorted diodes and will provide full PIV plots for each. I use the top one third of PHRs bz efficiencz abd wavekength for long life and max visibility.

Similar with GGWs where i weed out 15% of the worst.


A PHR would br $150, a GGW wouls be $70 more for a good diode, with double the power...



You can pick a diode from 61 i just plotted or just go with the best PHR I have..
