i have a new open can dorcy jr laser with a custom heatsink takes one cr123 battery included asking 55.00 plus shipping and its around 250mw burns real nice  

edit burn about 8-10ft so far

How do you know it's around 250mW :-?
Do you have an LPM?
I don't think so...

I've had plenty of open cans output only 220mW at 420mA...

My MaxMass Heat sink mini dorcy made by IgorT is doing 295 mW but it's a really good open can diode!

man i bought a camera for this, now i have no cable i have a memory card slot on my pc, but i cant figure out how to get the pics off it on top my pc :'(

Actually I got them Monday, so even quicker than you thought Ive been busy and just got the chance to open it, its going to be an even longer weekend now. Im going for the record and press them all in one sitting

A few questions:

Does this one use super glue instead of hot glue as a substitute for solder? That would sure be an improvement! :
