Well, at least that's a little nicer than asking and being shot in the face :(

Ah well, you're young, plenty more out there [smiley=beer.gif]

You're lucky you have someone to like...at my school most of the girls are b****es and the ones that aren't are mainly my friends...it sucks going to such a small school.  :(

Anyway good luck!

You think that's bad? My college is a sausage fest!(except , not really a fest...you have to wake up early and study) I had 1 girl in my class...and 49 guys. That's bad! ::)

That's engineering.

There weren't many women in my undergrad program. There were a couple more in the grad program.

During my final year I took an anthropology class and figured out where all of the women were hiding... there were 115 students, 4 of whom (counting me) were male. It was spring quarter, so the parkas and scarves disappeared and out came shorts and skirts. Add to that the complete phase change Oregon goes through from the grey of the (7 month) winter to the riotous explosion of springtime color and light, with butterflies and birds and pollen so thick in the air it gave everyone golden eyelashes and a faint cocaine-like buzz... well, you get the picture, it was like I woke up in Teletubbies land or something.

A funny thing happened at the end of my graduation year, though. Throughout the previous years everything was stereotype: nerds studying engineering in basement laboratories, while liberal-arts majors smoked pot and played frisbee with their girlfriends out on the lawn. Pale-skinned math nerds with the faint musty smell of cheetos were basically radar-invisible to the women. But when it came time to graduate, the women realized that their frat boy with the perfect tan and perfect pecs was going to be putting his perfect liberal-arts degree to work behind the counter of a perfect Starbucks somewhere, while the engineering grads were getting 5-digit signing bonuses and new cars thrown at them by companies (like Intel and Tektronix and Sequent and Planar) competing to hire the wiz-kids. Women are smart; they jumped ship to our side, and so far everyone is living happily ever after. (Except for maybe the frat boys.)

UofO or OSU?

sounds like Eugene but they lack the engineering so im guessing Corvallis??

you still live in oregon?

Started at LCC, then OSU, then grad work at PSU because I was working in PDX (and hated Corvallis). Still in PDX.

eh... dude... dont let it put u down that she said no... takes practice for it to happen just right...lol... mabe eventually try again?...

hopefully shes gunna say no to the other dude... then u can laugh at him... wait a while till she thinks uve given up... then try again

probably just need to work your way into her attention a lil more... then once you find out a few good thing about her u could suprise her by asking her if she wants to go to one of the places she likes

(took me a while to think how id do it... i dont usually think about this stuff... just happens... mabe just try not to try n somethin might happen?...)

good luck with that
