I would be more inclined to say [highlight]spammer[/highlight].

Occassionally people will send messages or post topics on the forum with their prices for optical sleds or other things. You can just ignore it, really. I'm sure he isn't really offering anything cheaper than what is already available via the Group Buys (at least after fees, shipping, etc).
 
First of all, this should have been posted in the "companies" section. So this gut just randomly Emailed you? Or did you email him a question first? If he started, I agree with rkcstr that he's probably just trying to get more sales, plus there is a group buy for 13$ PHRs in the GB section.
