It's been done before but here it is again in all it's glory!

It's running a 9v xenon drop-in and up front is a upgraded glass focus lens

Uses 2 16340's for the power source and here are the results! ;)

What you'll need!

UltraFire C1

9v Xenon Drop-in

28mm Glass Optic

Please excuse the background noise as construction is being done next door..
Also it was a little windy out at the time

How would you make something like this, and how much does it cost? I want to get a flashlight like this! :D

Updated the OP with a parts list!

Just replace the stock C1 lens and drop-in then throw in some batteries

So you just get the host, replace the thing inside it with the 9v drop in bulb, and put the optics over?!? That's easy and extremely cheap!

DX has gone downhill in my opinion..

Incorrect items showing up, taking forever to ship...ect

In the end it took around 2 weeks from when it was sent to arriving.

Yeah, I thought they had gone worst lately. I might take a look for these parts elsewhere, I'm not too fused if I pay a little extra for better shipping times.
