As topic says.

I would guess it's a 447nm module with a typo in the label.

Looking at the module size I would guess at TEC + heat sink cooled diode. Not a 473nm DPSS (size too small (?), atleast compared to all 473nm labbies I've seen). :thinking:

On top of this it's supposed to perform at 300mW.

Googled on 477nm, and only found Argon lasers matching.

Nope. Just that picture. :) (otherwise I'd put it up side by side with my 447nm & 473nm)

Looks similar to (Starting serial number B200), which is a 445nm:

My guess is its a simple issue of a mislabeled 445, they were probably trying for 447 and but ended up puting 477.
