hey all, i need a new lpm, as i think it's time

I'm looking for a used laserbee w/datalogging mainly.
I will pay via paypal.

and i also have complete blu-ray builds for trade along with whatever it takes

I will trade a 6x silver MXDL host "new TINY TINY host from mohrenberh" and some moola!

Any one got one they'd let go?

I ended up getting a kenometer.

Oh by the way I built 2 more 8x's in pocket mini's

I would try a pen build , but I don't think that's enough heatsinking.

Actually Mo...

Our supplier of the Sensors for the LasrBee I Thermopile can no longer
supply them...(discontinued)..
We have tested quite a few different models but nothing is up to par
with what we had been using... and require..
We finally decided to have some manufactured to our specs...
To say the least... they are not giving them away...

The Standard LaserBee I will sell for around $180.00US with NO Data
Logging... on Ebay only...
Data Logging will be an Option for an extra $30.00US...
And Insured Shipping to the USA will be another $33.00US...

On our Website the Standard LaserBee I with Data Logging Only..will
probably increase to $219.99US plus Insured Shipping...

Dark I'm just curious, didn't you get a meter from laser ben in the big sale he had? Not that it's a bad thing to have more then one meter, you can never have to much laser stuff ;)

Sounds great with your kenometer and new builds! How many 8x's have you got since you refer to these 2 as "2 more"? It would be cool to see a reading from them when you get your kenometer.

Tyler: That's awesome man, congrats! I think this will be the crown on your laser business - having real power readings of a laser you own is worth a LOT to many people.

Yeah, I had John Lawsons old one, but had to sell it because my car shit out. but ima gettina new one! Larry should ship soon I hope :D

Well , my original plan was to create 2 8x builds in small rpl like hosts , i sent them to Dark and for one reason or another they werent built.

I took the dive and got myself a 15w iron, and all the goodies , flux etc..

i started practicing with small wires and i broke one of the 8x diodes during my "practicing"

well in total i have 3 8x's 2 in pocket mini's and 1 in the custom host. all three @ 360ma on a flex v4.

i accidentally left one of the minis on in my pocket for an undertermined amount of time and it was really hot, thats how i noticed i had clicked it on . but its still living and good.

i ve gotten pretty good and really small 30gauge wire to diode pins and into flex drives, etc.


but yes , i cant wait for the kenometer and finally get some solid readings on all my lasers..
