Tritium, on the other hand, is FAR from lethally radioactive! 1 gram of radium = 1 curie, the amount of tritium found in a typical rifle sight, 0.012 curies. By comparison, 1 gram of Cobalt-60 has about 50 curries!! Tritium is common in nature and is even existent in drinking water because of how tritium reacts.
These small vials are of no real harm unless inhaled in LARGE quantities. :
