M1.0x34 it would a super nonstandard size if it written in metric.
Even 34 TPI would make ~0.747 mm pitch

UNC and UNF do not use 34 TPI too.

Maybe it was required M10 (no point) x 0.75

M.10x34 is a non-standard thread type, but that's why I can't just buy a threaded pipe at the hardware store.
